Steps To Becoming A Member
1. Apply
Complete the AIM Member Interest Form available when you click here.
2. Complete AIM Application, Training, & Background Check
RSVP for your AIM member training. Available in person twice a semester or can be completed virtually. You will receive how to complete your background check during your training.
3. Begin Your Aim Mission
Discover your place in the club and begin impacting the world of the BGC recruits for the good while earning well-deserved service hours.
Find Your Place
Mentor
Task: One-on-one focus with assigned recruit.

Time: 2 hours per week. Plus semester events.
​
Skills: High Commitment. Postive Mindset. Intentional. Good at Relating. Listener.
Coach
Task: Group focus with assigned class (sports, art, music, major specific, etc.)

Time: 2 hours bi-week. Plus semester events.
​
Skills: Medium Commitment Level. Advanced In A Skill. Postive Mindset. Intentional. Good at Relating. Listener.
Volunteer
Task: Desire to work AIM events such as work carwash fundraiser, represent at booths, etc.

Time: Semester events and spontanious opportunities.
​
Skills: Low Commitment Level. Postive Mindset. Hard worker. Shows Up Filled Up.
